RADIX LITE LEGAL

Terms and conditions

The terms governing your access to and use of Radix Lite.

Last updated: August 30, 2026

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Radix Lite, placing an order, or authorizing another person to use the service for your organization, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The service

Radix Lite is a software service for network operations. Features, router limits, support scope, and fees are described in the selected plan, order, or written agreement. We may improve, modify, or discontinue non-material features where reasonably necessary to operate and improve the service.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure, assigning user access appropriately, maintaining your router and network environment, and ensuring that your use of the service and any data you provide comply with applicable law and third-party rights. You must not use the service to disrupt networks, gain unauthorized access, distribute malware, or interfere with the service.

4. Fees, subscriptions, and taxes

Fees and router limits are shown at checkout, in your invoice, or in a written agreement. Subscription charges are due in advance for the applicable billing period unless agreed otherwise. You authorize us and our payment processor to collect the stated amount and applicable taxes using your selected payment method. See the Service Policy and Refund Policy for cancellation and refund details.

5. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in Radix Lite, including its software, branding, and documentation. Subject to timely payment and these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal business operations during the active subscription term.

6. Availability and support

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Planned maintenance, internet failures, third-party systems, and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect access. Support channels and any response commitments are determined by your plan or written agreement.

7. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that it will meet every operational requirement or prevent all network incidents. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability related to the service will not exceed the fees paid by you to us for the affected service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, material breach, security risk, or unlawful use. You may cancel according to the Service Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits, will survive.

9. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Punjab, Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Please contact [email protected] before bringing a dispute so we can try to resolve it directly.
