RADIX LITE LEGAL
Refund policy
Our process for eligible refunds, duplicate payments, cancellations, and payment disputes.
Last updated: August 30, 2026
1. Digital-service refunds
Because Radix Lite is a digital service that is made available after account activation, fees for a started billing period are generally non-refundable. This does not affect a refund required by applicable law or a different written agreement with us.
2. When a refund may be approved
We will review a refund request where there was a duplicate charge, an incorrect charge caused by us, a payment was taken after a confirmed cancellation, or we did not deliver the purchased service and cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time. We may request account, invoice, and payment details to verify the request.
3. How to request a refund
Send your request to [email protected] within 14 days of the charge. Include your name, account or business name, invoice or transaction reference, payment date, amount, and the reason for the request. You can also contact us through WhatsApp. We will acknowledge the request and aim to provide a decision within five business days after receiving the information needed to review it.
4. Approved refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Payment processing and bank timelines are outside our direct control; after a refund is initiated, it may take up to 10–12 business days to appear in your account. A partial refund may be appropriate where only part of a charge was incorrect or a written agreement provides for it.
5. Cancellations and chargebacks
Cancel future renewals under the Service Policy rather than initiating a payment dispute. If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, contact us first so we can investigate promptly. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable law or your payment provider’s dispute process.
