Radix Lite is a digital software service. We do not sell or ship physical goods.

1. No physical shipping
Radix Lite provides cloud-based network-operations software and account credits. No physical products, printed goods, or equipment are shipped to customers.
2. How services are delivered
After a payment is verified, the purchased service is delivered electronically. This may include workspace access, onboarding instructions, account credits, generated RouterOS instructions, or a service record, depending on the product selected. Delivery information is made available in the customer workspace or sent to the account email address.
3. Delivery timing
Credit purchases are added after verified payment confirmation. Service activation and onboarding may require account review, configuration, or information from the customer; where that is needed, we will contact the customer using the email address or mobile number provided with the order.
